What this site is for
alohapixel.app is the shop for Aloha Pixel's Astro themes: Aloha, Reef, Swell, Koa, Kai, Nalu and Kona. It presents them, sells and delivers them, and hosts the account area where buyers find their licence, their downloads and their invoices.
Agency services (building, running and maintaining websites) are presented on alohapixel.com, which belongs to the same business and has its own terms.
Hosting
The site, its database and the files buyers download are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (www.cloudflare.com).
The shop's data is served from the European region: the Cloudflare D1 database is located in Western Europe, and transactional emails are sent from Resend's Irish region. Transfers are detailed in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (copy, visuals, icons, screenshots, layout and page code) is the exclusive property of Aloha Pixel unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, distribution or adaptation without prior written consent is prohibited and exposes its author to the penalties set out in articles L.335-2 and following of the French intellectual property code.
The paid themes follow their own contract: the Aloha Pixel licence, which allows an unlimited number of end products and forbids redistributing a theme as a theme. It is what governs what a buyer may do with the code, and it can be read in full before buying. The Reef theme is outside it: it is free and open source, published under the MIT licence, and may be redistributed and republished freely.
Bundled fonts and third-party libraries remain governed by their own licences, listed in the THIRD-PARTY.md file shipped with each theme.
