What this site is for
alohapixel.app is the shop for Aloha Pixel's Astro themes: Aloha, Reef, Swell, Koa, Kai, Nalu and Kona. It presents them, sells and delivers them, and hosts the account area where buyers find their licence, their downloads and their invoices.
Agency services (building, running and maintaining websites) are presented on alohapixel.com, which belongs to the same business and has its own terms.
Hosting
The site, its database and the files buyers download are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (www.cloudflare.com).
The shop's data is served from the European region: the Cloudflare D1 database is located in Western Europe, and transactional emails leave through Cloudflare and, as a fallback, through Resend from its Irish region. Transfers are detailed in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (copy, visuals, icons, screenshots, layout and page code) is the exclusive property of Aloha Pixel unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, distribution or adaptation without prior written consent is prohibited and exposes its author to the penalties set out in articles L.335-2 and following of the French intellectual property code.
Trademark: "Aloha Pixel" is a word mark filed with INPI (the French intellectual property office) on 28/09/2026 under national number 5302841, in class 42 only, in the name of Justin Deboves. It is under examination. Any reproduction, imitation or use of this mark, alone or combined with other elements, without prior written consent, is prohibited (articles L.713-2 and following of the French intellectual property code).
Logo: the Aloha Pixel logo is not a trademark. It is an original work protected by copyright, its date established by INPI e-Soleau filing DSO2026036398 of 28/09/2026. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written consent, is prohibited.
Themes and core: the Astro themes Aloha, Kai, Koa, Kona, Nalu, Reef and Swell, and the Aloha Pixel core, are works protected by copyright. Their source code at version 3.8.5 is recorded by INPI e-Soleau filing DSO2026037238 of 03/10/2026, kept until 03/10/2031.
The paid themes follow their own contract: the Aloha Pixel licence, which allows an unlimited number of end products and forbids redistributing a theme as a theme. A purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of the code. The licence governs what a buyer may do with the code, and it can be read in full before buying. The Reef theme is outside it: it is free and open source, published under the MIT licence, and may be redistributed and republished freely. The e-Soleau filing establishes who wrote it; it does not restrict the MIT licence in any way.
EmDash, Astro, Cloudflare, Shopify and WooCommerce belong to their respective owners. They are named to say which technologies the themes work with; naming them implies no partnership or endorsement on their part.
Bundled fonts and third-party libraries remain governed by their own licences, listed in the THIRD-PARTY.md file shipped with each theme.
